The staff were very warm and welcoming, creating a cozy vibe. The only downsides were the stairs and the location, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Great location, close enough to come home for lunch. Kids loved how central it was. Rooms small but comfortable. Very clean and tidy and super well organised. Newly renovated lounge areas are lovley. no soap at all in showers no hooks in bedrooms- for clothes to hang etc Two small things which would improve experience

Location. The bed has a disgrace. The frame was so unstable. There was no ladder to climb to the top bunk. The room amenities need replacing
