I loved the location and the staff, but everything was down; we had to be escorted whenever we entered or left our room, had to use the stairs because the elevator stopped working, and we should have had breakfast on weekends!

The hotel was in the middle of a renovation, which I didn't know when I booked, and it wasn't safe to stay there with children.

The staff were good, but everything seemed old, the hotel was apparently under renovation, and the worst part was the parking, which costs over $50 extra.
