The lady who greeted me was pleasant and helpful; she escorted me to the room and turned on the bedside lights for me. The bedsheets felt clean and smelled nice. However, the curtains looked like they had never been taken down and washed. There were marks on the wall that looked like something had been wiped off a finger. The valence was stained and dirty, and the shower was dirty.

The room stayed clean and orderly, and I was surprised to find a microwave among the amenities; the bed was very comfortable, and there were no complaints.
