The rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been; roaches were in my room and it had a strange odor. People were also hanging out and watching.

The room was filthy, we requested non‑smoking but ended up with clothes smelling like a huge cigarette. The place was full of people partying all night, running and screaming outside the room, trash littering the property, and the security lock on the door wasn’t properly secured.

I saw the floors had been redone and nothing was broken in, but the first 15 minutes had staff arguing with a PLP guest who seemed to be staying permanently, a drunk lady hit a car while backing out, and I had to shower with a roach while the PLP group shouted super loud all night outside—probably the bad side of the hotel, just my luck. The Indian staff member at the front desk was unhelpful and actually made things worse.
