The only thing that was good was how close it was to the airport. I didn’t like the location at all, the beds were very uncomfortable, the towels looked old and grey, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy and seemed to be faulty.

The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, but the room didn’t have a night light.

Everything was liked, the service and check‑in, and there was nothing negative.

The location was convenient for the price, but the breakfast selection was a bit sparse; I was hoping the room would have a window, yet most rooms only have windows in the premium sections.

Amy at reception was extremely polite and very helpful, her service was 10/10. We found the mattress to be too hard
