The studio was a generous size, fully equipped with a comfy bed, a great shower, air‑conditioning, and on‑site parking. The location was remarkably quiet and the balcony offered a stunning sea view; the beach lay just 10 metres away and a pleasant stroll along the seafront path led to a couple of excellent café bars and a few very nice restaurants around the small harbour. A well‑stocked mini‑market, a lovely bakery, a tiny fresh‑fruit, veg & fish morning market, and a small gift shop were all nearby. A 10‑15 minute walk along a quiet side lane brought you across to Murter, where more bars, restaurants and shops await if needed. Communication was great; Martina greeted us at the apartment, even though we arrived slightly earlier than the check‑in time, shared some local insights and happily answered any questions we had.

The tiny studio sits right by the sea, with a gravel beach just a few metres away. A short distance away are several restaurants, all within reach. The equipment is new, everything is impeccably clean, and the hosts are pleasant. The room is very small, but a covered terrace is available for seating, and there are also sun loungers. Several motorboats are docked right in front of the building, but traffic is minimal and does not disturb. Boat rentals are offered, though we did not try them. A slight disturbance came from a mild noise caused by a metal railing on the promenade, and during our stay technicians were repairing a loose part.
