“I am very disappointed with my stay as there was no electricity or water and no backup systems.”
The only good thing was the two gentlemen on duty, who were very friendly, helpful, and professional despite the situation. Their excellent attitude couldn't compensate for the lack of basic amenities. The room we were in is beautiful; I wish the bathroom had been fully enclosed with a door for more privacy. I am very disappointed with my stay at this lodge. There was no electricity and no water for the duration of my stay, and the lodge did not appear to have any backup systems in place to accommodate guests during the outage. I paid for accommodation expecting basic services, but without electricity and water, it felt like I only paid to sleep on a bed. This was not the experience that was advertised or that I paid for. I believe I deserve a refund because I did not receive the essential services that form part of a comfortable stay. I hope management takes this matter seriously and considers providing a refund as well as ensuring that proper backup electricity and water systems are available in the future.

Beautiful, clean place, great location as it was 2 minutes away from the wedding I went to. I was in room 4, everything was beautiful, except the bed, it needs a change, very loud, skwiqqy you can not do adult activities on that bed
