The place was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the location offers no public transport access and walking the Istanbul hills around the hotel each day is exhausting.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, especially Ms Seher who was very kind and attentive to guests; I’ll return to the hotel when I have a dip.
