Rameshwaram Guest House

“Location wise the best place but a lot of room to improvise on other aspects”

The location was the best part and staff were ok. 1. The room cleanliness 2. The bathrooms cleanliness 3. The staircase are steel one's so difficult to climb. 4. No help for luggage and room service for elderly people

“Can do better”

I liked the location, but there was no phone in the room and the front‑office staff were often not in the office, so I had to call them on my mobile.

“good”

The area was infested with rodents, even a dead mouse was found; cleaning and maintenance clearly need improvement. The location was good, and the manager was very helpful.

At the Guest House there was no electricity, the inverter wasn’t working at all, and the overall experience was very pathetic because the staff misbehaved. The only redeeming factor was the location.

“Worst stay ever”

Nothing was positive. Everything was bad: rooms were tiny, water flow in the bathrooms was the lowest possible, ACs didn’t cool properly, there was no exhaust or ventilation in the washrooms, the manager was hostile, insects and reptiles swarmed inside and outside the room, the building was unfinished, and staff were sleeping in the hallway outside our room. Worst stay ever.
