The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and very good. The restaurant is excellent and the service is pleasant. However, there was a lack of information and details about spa services when booking; all treatments are extra even though it isn’t stated. One masseuse is less pleasant than the other, rarely listens to requests and can be harsh. The pool isn’t heated, which is disappointing for a spa, and it’s heated for sports rather than relaxation. The sauna and hammam no longer exist – we learned this from a guest, which is not normal and a lie from the establishment.

The staff cared about the guests, were available and friendly. The establishment was very well maintained: cleanliness, upkeep of the premises, and excellent bedding. It’s a 4‑star hotel with genuine international standards. The restaurant menu mixes Asian, Malagasy, and European cuisine at a high level, and the owner is very accommodating and kind to his staff. Nothing to complain about.
