Only the location matters. Everything else, except the friendly person who welcomed me, is lacking.

The location is truly great. The owner is friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't luxurious but are fine, each with its own mini‑fridge. There's a kitchenette with a kettle, stove, microwave, and washing machine. A room with a balcony is highly recommended. No negative experiences.
