The Hyatt Place rooms are spacious with a cozy seating nook, super comfy, and situated close to great eateries and the state capital. I think it’s unfair that big chains expect guests to tip housekeeping when we never see the staff; the room was spotless, but these companies should pay decent wages instead of relying on tips.
