位於淡水捷運站前面，上去的樓梯比較窄一點點不過基本上還好，很快就到達，我住在二號房（朋友住一號房比較小間），裡面的空間非常的寬敞也有乾濕分離，除了地板有塌陷老闆有講明天要整修，冷氣夠冷，熱水也大，非常的整齊床也很適中，重點是週遭的生活機能非常的好，要買東西很方便，在booking上面不用預定訂金，甚至可以免費取消，非常大推

“傻眼的住宿”

The homestay sits right across from the MRT station, but the directions led me to the wrong building—Xinyi Realty instead of the advertised Xinyi Housing. The address 55 was misleading, the building looked like a faded apartment, and the self‑check‑in code was confusing; I was startled three times inside. The floor had a huge hole that was not mentioned on the platform, and the host said a repair would be done next week. I was shocked that they posted it online before fixing it. We didn’t request a room change, and the weather in Tamsui was gray and drizzling, so we chose to stay the night rather than go out into the cold. I hope the platform penalizes the host for this misleading listing and that the owner operates with integrity, especially given such a good location.

“It could be nice if there wasn’t a hole and noise.”

The location is great! Right opposite to the train station and bus depot! It is on a main road so noise is expected!. There was a hole on the floor in front of the bathroom. The owner did mention about it when I checked in. I had no choice but to accept it. My original hotel bookings were cancelled on the day I flew into Taiwan! I spent 1 hour searching for an alternative accommodation!

Very close to the MRT station, the room was fully equipped and even had a washing machine; the owner was friendly. The only downside was the room had no windows, and the floor in front of the toilet had a small dent.
