“Clean and modern”

We were blown away by how clean and modern the room was—this mattered a lot to us! The owner was super accommodating, and the fact that everything was within walking distance was a bonus. I’d highly recommend this place! 🙂 I also loved that the kitchen was fully equipped and the cleanliness was outstanding, with crisp sheets and comfy pillows. The owner even arranged dinner reservations for us, which was incredibly kind and helpful.

“Il cuore di Roccaraso a due passi dalla struttura.”

The property sits right in the heart of Roccaraso. We parked our car and only worried about it the next day. The ground‑floor room is in a quiet complex (which is surprising given the street location). Everything is clean and practical. The owner is undoubtedly the highlight: a rare courtesy, never intrusive, and ready to meet requests (we asked to check‑in half an hour early and he agreed!). If you want to experience the city fully, I can’t think of a better spot. The place has no real issues, but for honesty it should be noted on the website that it’s a guesthouse, not a B&B.

“Bella sistemazione, ospitalità migliorabile”

I liked the spacious room, a small but functional kitchen, and the very clean bathroom with a window. The host’s hospitality fell short: we paid for breakfast (which was supposed to be included) and only received snacks. They refused to give us cooking oil even after we asked, so we had to buy it ourselves. They were inflexible about the check‑out time; we asked for a half‑hour extension and were denied.
