Nice spot but super noisy until the early hours. There’s a private kitchen behind the reception that smells strong everywhere. The hotel is on the second floor with no lift. Most annoying: you have to leave the room key on the reception table even when no one’s there, so anyone can grab any key! WTF…

The location was great, the train from Palermo airport to the center takes 10 minutes on foot and we’re in the hotel. The staff only speaks Italian, but you can manage with Google Translate. Keys must be left at reception; you can’t take them with you – the owner is there 24/7 during the day. They cleaned our room, made the beds and changed the towels. We felt safe, comfortable and were basically everywhere.
