The location was far from Pondicherry’s main area, but it’s right next to the beach where we could spend time peacefully. Breakfast was very good. The room smelled a little. Traveling to this property at night is a bit scary.

The location and rooms were really good, but the food and service left a lot to be desired. We waited for the dinner buffet that was supposed to start at 7 30 pm, yet it didn’t open until 8 15 pm on the night of 25 June 2026, and there was no veg soup, dal, or even the desserts listed on the menu. The paneer peas korma was so spicy it was inedible and had to be thrown away. The ice cream, a local brand, tasted flat. Food plates with leftovers were left outside rooms 123 and 124 for over 15 hours before being removed the next day in the late morning. The rooms also lacked a mini‑fridge. The wifi was great, and the security and front desk staff were very good, but the dining experience didn’t live up to the resort’s standard.

The rooms, location, and cleanliness were all solid, but the food and the extra service charges felt steep; a more reasonable price would have made it better.

The hotel itself was great, really well kept and the front desk staff were super friendly. It's a shame the bar wasn't open, that would've been a nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, right near the beach, but that's where the positives ended. We were shocked to find our room hadn't been cleaned once during our stay, and when we asked for fresh water and toilet paper, we were ignored. To make matters worse, the internet was super finicky and only worked if you kept checking it every few minutes. And to top it all off, they'd call us at 10 am to remind us to check out on time.
