“They will give away your “reservation” before you can check in.”
I never got to see it; an hour before my arrival I was called to say they had given the room to someone else. Good thing I booked my room in advance.

I booked a king suite and received a queen instead, and I didn't get any money back. They gave my room to someone else.

The staff was kind, but the place was unclean, had an odor, and bugs.

Maya and John are phenomenal, and there's nothing I didn't like—everything was great.

The price was decent, but the location is kinda ghetto and the rooms were very run down.
