We liked the pool, the common area, the WiFi, and it was very quiet. It was dirty, the sheets had been used by someone else before us, it smelled like a man’s deodorant, and there was even a piece of used toilet paper in the bathroom. Nothing had been cleaned when we arrived.

The reception was awful. The rooms we had booked had already been rented out. We were offered a different place that smelled musty and did not match the level of the rooms we had reserved. It was 10 pm and we had warned that we would arrive late. It was intolerable!

The suite was very nice with a traditional touch and the staff were very accommodating. They even brought us different types of dates from Tozeur for tasting and for free just because we were nice guests, I think 😋 I’m going to return for a longer trip, surprised by this guesthouse and this city.

Everything was absolutely perfect! I felt at home. The guesthouse has only five suites, so there were even moments when I had the pool all to myself! I fell in love with this beautiful Berber guesthouse. They also helped us book our activities in advance. We did a quad ride in the desert and a 4x4 tour to discover the oases. A must‑do! I’m completely charmed by this city! The breakfast was served half an hour earlier than expected.

The place was very quiet. The host was very pleasant. The pool was nice. It wasn’t far from the center. The only thing missing was a small wardrobe in the room.
