The location was a major highlight—Kilimani is a lively, safe area with easy access to malls, restaurants, cafés, and Nairobi’s main attractions. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had useful amenities that made a longer stay convenient. I especially liked the balcony views, reliable security, and the gym access. A few minor issues could be addressed more proactively to improve the experience: better communication before check‑in, more attention to housekeeping details, and we had to call in twice to get our power back after it went off, plus the cleaning and maintenance consistency was uneven.
