I booked a small room at a reasonable price and it was exactly what I needed; the property felt well put together and had a few nice touches for guests, making it a fantastic deal. The only downside was that it was a bit cold and the heating was off, but I never mentioned it to anyone, so it might have been fixed easily.

Having stayed there several times, I found the location convenient and just minutes from the Town Centre. However, the staff were slow to respond when I arrived.

I stayed at The Mowbray last night and had a really lovely experience. The location was perfect for my work, and the gentleman at reception was exceptionally helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable check‑in and attentive service throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I felt it was definitely worth the money. I also enjoyed an amazing breakfast with great service and a good selection of food. Overall, a very pleasant stay and excellent service; I would happily return and definitely recommend it. Everything went well.

Nothing! Was absolutely awful. Was not as advertised!!!! Complained to the host multiple times throughout the stay. but he said facilities advertised on booking .com were wrong!!! And what I paid and expected to get , were falsely advertised . There was No coffee machine, no bathrobe or big flat screen tv. no glasses or shower mat in the bathroom. was only given 1 hand towel and 1 small bath towel which dirty .Between 2 adults for a 2 night stay. The shower heads and walls were dirty and blocked. The bed had Stained pillows and mattresses. Broken. Glass in the windows. Absolutely disgusting. Bed was dreadful, springs kept digging in your back, and the bed was so hard. Just awful. would not recommend. And will never go back!! Just awful. Cannot see how it's got a 4 star AA rating. More like 1 or 2star. Will never recommend. I complained to the host and he kept saying the facilities were wrongly advertised. such a con. Do not recommend anybody staying in the super deluxe room or hotel. Not a 4star hotel.more like 1 or 2 star at the most
