The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, there’s A/C, an elevator, and the price is good. It’s perfect for short stays, but the single room felt a bit too tight for my six‑day stay; it’s only 14 m², so I needed a dedicated work space or office desk area— the tiny fold‑down table was cramped and I couldn’t put the folding stool there because the bed’s end was right underneath it.
