It was close to the people we were visiting and the price was acceptable, yet the place needs updating, the TV setup was confusing, and breakfast could have offered more options.

The room was available and the AC worked; it was hot when I arrived but cooled down after turning on the AC, the shower head was aimed at my nose, I’m 5ft 10, the room felt dirty, and breakfast was a joke—only the hot pancake machine provided hot breakfast.

They accepted my last‑minute reservation without issue, and the night‑shift lady was very friendly, but there were cockroaches, the beds were very old, and when I asked for hot water in the morning the young woman at the front desk wouldn’t give it to me.

You would think for $100 a night, the rooms could be upgraded. The beds are comfy, but basically have a sheet as a cover. Not any readily available outlets.we're in 2026, everyone needs an outlet for a charger. Styrofoam cups are not good for the earth.so yeah, those shouldn't be used anymore. People are taller now than they were back in the 80s, so the shower head needs to be higher. I know it was only 2 floors.but you need an elevator, some people have a difficult time walking up and down stairs
