The gentleman who checked us in gave great service from start to finish. Most staff were fine, but on our last day the housekeeping team entered our room unannounced while my husband was showering and I was getting dressed. She didn’t finish cleaning, which was disappointing. The front office staff gave me an excuse I hadn’t asked for, implying it was my fault, and kept saying she would talk to the cleaner but never resolved the issue. I was still courteous. We also spotted a roach in the room—thankfully only one.
