The location was decent, and the Kopitiam next door was actually pretty good. We also had plenty of parking space available, which was a plus. However, the service was abysmal - we had to call multiple times for a towel, only to be told they were out of stock and had to wait for the laundry to deliver one, which didn't arrive until after 9 pm when we'd already left for our function. To make matters worse, the room was missing basic amenities like cups, glasses, and a water container.
