The hotel's prime location, right next to the beach and central areas, was a major plus for me.

The beach location, the large pool, and the excellently structured staff work—this shows good training and top processes.
Great, central, good facilities, friendly staff and good breakfast!
“Overall very good”
Clean, spacious, great pool, excellent gym, great breakfast, but food and drink service was slow.

I need to report a scam by the reception. The hotel charged me twice for the same stay and never told me. I stayed there again and they charged two different prices or the same stay. They pretended they could only refund the money with a poster because the transaction date wasn’t listed. They sent me two slips that said rejected. The scam happened on 16 August and only when I stayed again did we notice the double charge on Booking and via QR codes they sent by email. They said the charge didn’t apply. I have payment records at 17, 15 and 18. I need to report this scam and get my money back or have them arrested. The people who work there are thieves and liars.
