“Very poor, disappointing, not a Relais & Chateaux experience. No personalised, proactive service.”
The location and the building are gorgeous, and the staff seem to try hard when service issues are pointed out. The Nami kitchen and its service are very good and worth recommending. However, there’s a lack of attention to detail, and services feel generic and automated rather than personalized, which is disappointing for a Relais & Châteaux property. Even after several emails and phone calls ahead of time, the special occasion I mentioned was only partially acknowledged, communicated, or acted upon internally. I had to keep reminding the staff to carry out the pre‑booked arrangements, which made the stay exhausting instead of relaxed and memorable. On top of that, the Bootshaus lunch menu is acceptable, but the dinner food quality is only 3‑4 star level, so I wouldn’t recommend it at all!

Everything was perfect.
It’s a little gem with its own beach, green areas, and well‑maintained surroundings! The spa is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of space to relax 🙌🏽 We received great food that really tasted good! The service was excellent! A fantastic experience! You can walk in the forest that’s part of the property, take a dip at the beach, and experience nature up close! The reception was truly helpful, pleasant to talk to, had time, and provided super service! Good service in the rooms! Nice rooms! The place is truly amazing! The only complaint was that we got a G&T at the hotel’s main building for 18 euros and it was terrible! It even had a slice of cucumber in it! That doesn’t reflect the rest of the hotel, where everything is well managed! We ate at the small restaurant by the beach… the food was super good, but there was just a little too little of it! I’m not trying to be negative, because the place and 98% of the staff are so sweet and considerate! This is an honest account of my experience!
