The spot is spot-on—sprawling, with a nice pool and private beach, and breakfast every day is solid while the staff are super friendly and helpful. We’d definitely come back. The only hiccup was that we didn’t get the room we booked; it looked nothing like the photos. I rang the front desk, they were a bit slow, but eventually moved us to a room that matched the pictures, so it all worked out.

The location is great for starting or ending your trip. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant serves fantastic food. For the price, the rooms could feel a bit more luxurious. Thankfully, the staff make everything right.

The place is perfect, right next to Olbia, with cozy rooms and a very friendly team. The food, however, is underwhelming—nothing like the best Italy has to offer. Breakfast was just okay.

The property is gorgeous, the pool and restaurant offer amazing views, and the private beach with chairs and umbrellas is a hit. It’s great that guests can use kayaks and SUPs. The bed was uncomfortable, and the place is isolated, so you’ll need to drive to town.

Breakfast is incredible, the beach and pool are lovely, and the overall décor is well kept. The room is spacious with an amazing view, and the staff are very kind, even after a small hiccup with a waiter the first night—they made up for it later. Watch out for some worn items in the room; it feels less than a top‑tier hotel with a broken shutter and a broken wardrobe handle. Communication between reception, bar, and restaurant was poor. We had booked the first night, were exhausted from the drive, and spent the reservation time relaxing at the pool bar. We apologized for the delay, but they implied the kitchen would close, in a truly unpleasant way. I understand it might have been our fault, but a hotel of this caliber should still maintain professionalism. As I mentioned earlier, everyone was attentive the following days.
