I liked how spacious my room was, but the staff were horrible—awful customer service.

Breakfast was the best part, but the worn carpet, dirty baseboards, and overall unkept condition were disappointing.

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options, though the beds were very comfortable.

I requested a couple of cheesecakes and flowers for a birthday, but they couldn’t fulfill it; I went to the restaurant and saw they had cheesecake. There was no hot water, so I took a cold shower. The breakfast eggs tasted odd, and the silverware, dishes, and cup had food particles on them. The toilet was difficult to flush.
