I was told nothing about breakfast, got sent to a different room, and there was no parking available; the worst part was that hot water never came on even after we reported it. When we returned the keys, the front desk staff were annoyed because we had been moved to a room that didn't match our original choice.

The location and the receptionist’s friendliness were good, but we had no hot water, the Wi‑Fi password didn’t work, the TV remote was useless, and they claimed breakfast was served when it wasn’t.

The staff were helpful, the place is well located and the price was good, but I didn’t like the tiny parking lot, the lack of hot water, the non‑smart TV, the absence of a mini fridge, and the bathroom had wear and leaks; I won’t stay there again.
