The employees gave us a warm welcome right away, which was a nice start. The shower was broken, but they fixed it quickly. The bathroom still feels odd without any enclosure around the shower. [/BODY]

The place is all on one level, so there are no stairs, and our room had both air‑conditioning and a fan. We were told at the door that breakfast wasn’t included and, even if we paid, it would be served a kilometre away, and the front‑desk lady, Lê, took over twenty minutes to locate our reservation while making personal remarks as she ate.
