The hotel itself looked beautiful, but the room was unclean: dusty behind the nightstands, a bathroom that smelled like urine, hair in the tub, and a spider by the tub—definitely not attractive.

“I would stay again”

The location was great for catching a game at Arkansas State, the room was clean and comfortable, though it’s more expensive than other Jonesboro hotels, it was worth it.

The rooms were spacious, up‑to‑date, and very clean; the cleaning woman on duty was so nice, greeting us as we walked down the corridor, and happy hour was great. When the restaurant opens, it will make the place even better because you won’t have to leave to find a place to eat—all meals will be right there, so I would highly recommend this place. The breakfast bar was pitiful: the only option was to get on the long line for specialty eggs or settle for toast, a bagel, or a banana, and the hot bar was completely empty—unclear whether it was understaffed or under‑stocked. When I checked in, the young woman at the front desk made us stand and wait because she was busy talking to another staffer, which felt very inconsiderate and rude. Other employees I interacted with were wonderful.

The staff were great, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
