Great location near the city center, only 10 minutes from the metro. The international breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly, and the value for money was excellent. Cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay when we arrived in Istanbul. The room was clean, cozy and quiet. We were. a short walk from a lot of great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of foods. The staff were kind, patient and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was the worst experience of my life. In the second evening we had to leave because we found a rat in the room. The staff just shrugged, offered no apology, and did not refund us for that night.
