The price‑quality ratio is excellent, the hosts are wonderful and everything is very clean; dogs at the entrance can scare you if you’re not prepared, remember this is not a hotel but a local guesthouse; the courtyard has dogs…

I had a wonderful time there and they served me delicious food; the family was incredibly kind and I’d love to see them again; the room was perfect and had everything.

The breakfast was very good, the room was generous with a nice view of a sports field, the bus and train are quickly reachable, and the owners are extremely courteous and friendly.

The family’s huge hospitality was amazing. The place is about a 10‑minute walk from Unawatuna beach. They treated us to a homemade meal made just for us, and it was delicious! We chatted with Google Translate and got to know each other better. In the evenings you get a tasty breakfast. The beds are comfy and the room is spacious.

We couldn’t get in! Finding it was a nightmare; we drove around for an hour before the owner of a neighboring villa offered help. He waved our heads and led us on a winding walk. The railway line is right next to the villa, so it’s probably noisy. We were greeted by dogs that barked at us while the owners just smiled and waved, not even trying to move them. After that, I didn’t even want to go in, so I turned around and left.
