The room was spacious and large, with a cozy, cute window in classic Italian style, friendly staff, and daily housekeeping. Wi‑Fi was not working, the plumbing was very old, there were drainage problems, no kitchen, no kettle, no dining area—just a room and nothing else. On the common courtyard there was something resembling a restaurant, but it was not operational, just an empty space. The only thing available was a 3‑in‑1 coffee machine, a couple of cupcakes, and water. The price‑quality ratio was far from fair; over 100 euros for one night for a room without amenities in the city centre is too much.

The location was good, very quiet yet within bike distance of the old centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and you can park your car safely and easily there. Nothing was off.
