“Pros outweigh the cons, will book again.”
The place was great, the staff were warm and welcoming, housekeeping was excellent, and I might stay here again; however, the A/C didn’t circulate properly during the heatwave last weekend, and the shower head was spraying unevenly so I didn’t get a full flow of water while showering.
The facilities were great, but there was a bit of mold in the bathroom.

The room was nice, but the bar was way overpriced.

Nice and friendly, but the stay was very short.

The location was good, just a 20‑minute walk to the Disney resort entrance. However, the hotel didn’t feel very clean. Even though it’s a 4‑star property with solid reviews, the lobby, corridors, and the rug in my room were dirty and had obvious stains. On the bright side, everyone I spoke to was very nice and friendly. My main issue was the overall lack of cleanliness, and I wish I could have cancelled after seeing the condition.
