Nanni greeted us on arrival and was welcoming. The view from the balcony was amazing - we had a panoramic view of the Ibla. Its location was perfect to access the old town and really liked the secret doorway to the streets. Breakfast was great, served on the terrace

Very good position. Our room had a beautiful view of Ragusa Ibla. The room was very comfortable and Nanni was very helpful and was the only host during our trip to Sicily who took our suitcase up to our room. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace was delicious and served in a friendly and welcoming manner. The croissants filled with pistachio and other delicious things were wonderful. It was easy to get to the town centre using the secret passageway which reduced the number of steps to climb. Free parking very close to the property was a bonus too. Nothing except maybe having to go back to our room in a separate building to use the toilet. A very minor problem though

“Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended.”

Nothing !!!. Unfortunately, the photos online are completely misleading and give an entirely false impression of what the place is actually like. The hotel consists of two separate buildings. One of them is located across the street and offers only a tiny balcony. The room is very poorly equipped and smells strongly of bathroom cleaning products. We therefore requested to cancel our stay free of charge and found another hotel instead. We absolutely cannot recommend this place
