The hotel and leisure centre were great, the room was beautiful and lovely but a bit too warm at night, and the bar staff were distracted by a group of guys, so the young girl had to keep telling them that people were waiting to be served.

This hotel was lovely, with a glamorous lobby, easy parking right outside, a convenient pub, and great restaurants and rooms.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly, but it was disappointing that guests didn't show the same respect for these hardworking people.

Breakfast was excellent as usual, and there was nothing much to note because everything met expectations.
