The continental breakfast was good and I liked the fitness room, and the location is why I keep coming back, but a staff member at the reception desk during the night was dismissive when I asked her about my stay, acting as if answering me was a favour; she should probably work somewhere that doesn’t involve interacting with guests.

The shuttle service was friendly and the breakfast spread was nice, but when I booked the morning shuttle the driver left without us and refused to apologise when I called him back; there was no food available on site in the evening, so the only alternative was a gas station.
