I’ve been staying here often, and the location never disappoints, but this particular duplex on the top floor had a wet floor, no shower curtain, and no towels for the floor—just sloppy. The beams crossing the low ceiling made me wary of bumping into them.

The spot’s convenient, yet the bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, the room was freezing, and fingerprints were visible all over the side even though we didn’t actively look. I paid a £50 deposit, and it’s been almost a week with no refund.
