The property sits in a decent, new, quiet, and safe Lake Nona community; the room and building were clean, but the pool area lacked maintenance—the pool bottom was heavily stained, ants crawled around the deck (and bit my daughter), and I developed a rash after swimming for under two hours, so stronger sanitation and upkeep are needed.

We loved the location and the staff is always great, but the beds could be more comfortable and softer, and the furnishings look worn or stained; it seems hotels don’t use quality pieces that can withstand frequent cleaning.
