Everything was perfect! The accommodation was top‑class with all the necessary amenities. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. They provide capsule coffee and free water. The lodge is 40 min from Bryce National Park. Nothing to complain about.

We loved the hotel; it was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk was amazing. We arrived early and the staff let us check in once our room was ready. The location was great, but the room above us was very noisy all night—sounds of people running back and forth on the floor until about 1 am on both nights. Despite that, we’ll definitely stay again.

The place was tidy, clean, and in the city center. I had requested a 1st‑floor room on Booking, but when I arrived I was given room 10 on the ground floor. Why is there a floor‑selection option? It was noisy—people from the neighboring room and footsteps from the room above us. The shower faucet was half broken, and the cold water pipe was very leaky, almost falling off when I turned it. The air‑conditioner made an incredibly loud high‑frequency noise that really bothered my tinnitus, but we had to turn it on because it was cold. I can’t attach the audio clip to this review.
