First, the location is superb—close to many spots, especially Souq Al-Mubarakya, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The reception was excellent, quick, and all the staff were smiling and very helpful. There’s a Starbucks branch right across from the hotel, plus several restaurants in the Capital Mall. The room was spacious, the bed was somewhat comfortable, and the equipment was very good. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great.

Nothing they are bad. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and discriminatory treatment I experienced at your hotel. Despite having a valid reservation , I was refused check-in simply because I was travelling alone. I was informed that I could not stay at the hotel because I was by myself. As far as I am aware, there is no law in Kuwait that prohibits a man from checking into a hotel alone. I consider this treatment discriminatory and completely unjustified. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to stay at the hotel, I would have to cancel my reservation and book directly with the hotel at a higher price. This is completely unacceptable. What is even more confusing is that I was also told that the hotel does not deal with , despite the fact that I had successfully made a confirmed reservation . This contradiction raises serious concerns about your business practices. The behaviour of your staff was unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. I expect a clear explanation for this incident and appropriate action to ensure that no other guest is treated in the same unfair and discriminatory manner
