Upon entering our room, I immediately notice that the 2 ceiling light fixture next to the beds were simply light bulbs hanging from the ceiling, apparently the light shades were removed but not replaced. I notified staff and the shades were replaced. Later I noticed that the soffit over the microwave was cracked and dropping from the ceiling. I notified staff and they reported it to engineering. The blackout shade has been ripped and there is a 3-4" slit in the shade. Additionally, the window was extremely difficult to open AND close. I was very disappointed that there were no hot beverages (tea, hot water, hot chocolate, coffee) out for evenings. Finally, parking is now $7 per night but was not mentioned on the site, and it feels like strictly a money grab. Add to that, there is an obviously broken down car that is methodically being stripped for parts and is an absolute eye sore to the venue and the Hilton name. Lastly, we did not get to use our Hilton owners benefits because we ordered instead of directly through Hilton, however, I did not see any notification when I purchased

2nd time staying at this hotel for weekend of basketball tournaments. Can’t beat the location. Very close to shops, places to get food. And it has lots of parking. Very convenient. Nothing

The spot was convenient, though the freeway kept it a bit noisy; breakfast was decent. The real issue was plumbing—no hot water for two days.
