“nice clean and good for location”
The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff were helpful. The welcome drink was nice too when we checked in. The rooms were a bit larger than expected, and the shower tray leaked.

A lovely hotel with a generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to attractions and Waterloo station. A nice rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. Nothing else; very satisfied.
I loved the hotel and the staff were fantastic, plus the location was great, but the coffee tasted too weak.

A very beautiful hotel. The room is spacious with a fantastic city view. The bathroom is well equipped and leaves no wishes unmet. The breakfast is the best in London in years, almost unusually good. The beds, however, are not as comfortable as one would expect. The area isn’t particularly tiring.
