The hotel is very calm and clean, but it’s disappointing that the children’s playgrounds aren’t maintained. The pictures look dreamy, yet the playgrounds are either closed or broken, with only one trampoline in good condition.

While the staff tried to be helpful, the management was completely uncooperative. I was moved to three different rooms, all of which were dirty, old, and noisy, and without reliable Wi-Fi. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to leave, they demanded payment for the first night. To make matters worse, the hotel's location was in a seedy and dirty area.
