“Worst stay I’ve ever experienced”

There was a place to sleep, that was about it. The bathroom ceiling was so mouldy and crumbled that mushrooms were growing from it, a serious health hazard, and the leaky tap made a constant noise. The bed was uncomfortable. The frosted window had no curtain, so light from outside flooded the room all night. The room was right next to reception, where people came and went all night, with no regard for other guests, making it impossible to sleep.

Nothing positive. The booking system was the worst I’ve ever used online: 8 rooms were booked but only 4 were available through the hotel’s system. There was no water in the bathroom, and the counter staff were rude during check‑out.

“Looks good but feels unsafe.”

The room was clean, tidy, and had a TV for streaming with my own subscription, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was unsafe: the back gate was broken and loosely chained, letting anyone in; the entrance door on our floor was also broken, and the corridor on our floor felt sketchy. Nighttime was noisy with a water pump running constantly, and a window faced the corridor with lights on all night, making it hard to sleep without a mask and ear plugs. I don’t recommend staying here.

Nothing positive. The shower didn’t work and the water pressure was very slow.
