Everything matched what we expected, but our only issue was that we booked for 5 people (3 adults and 2 children) and there were only 3 towels; when I went to the desk she had just 1 towel and a floor mat, and with 5 people there should have been 5 towels.

Parking was a breeze and check‑in was quick, but the bathtub was stained, the water pressure was weak, the water never got hot, the fridge broke, and the lobby coffee was lukewarm.

The breakfast was awful, the room needs a makeover, and the bathroom feels very old‑fashioned. Overall, not much to like.

The spot is great, but the beds are uncomfortable.
