The team were super friendly and helpful, making my stay really enjoyable.
The room was a decent size, but it had a persistent smell, possibly from previous smoking, and the lighting was quite dim.
The pool was amazing, getting sun all day and having plenty of space for all guests.

“Overall a nice stay and I’m looking forward to my next visit”
Breakfast was good, though some buffet items could have been hotter. The air‑con in the room was hard to set to a comfortable temperature—sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot.

The spot is great, close to everything, and the Qirab app helped me a lot. However, there’s no spa and the breakfast was totally unsuitable.

We were a family of six and requested adjacent rooms, which the hotel arranged, along with a check‑in a bit before the usual time. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the facilities comfortable, breakfast very varied and for every taste, and the hotel’s location is great, close to the metro station and two nice shopping centers.

The hotel’s modern design and full range of holiday comforts impressed me, and its location makes it easy to travel outside Bangkok.
