There were no sheets or blankets on the pull‑out sofa, and the room lacked cups for water or rinsing. A bunch of construction vehicles were parked backwards, with their trailer hitches jutting into the sidewalk, making it hard to walk down the curb.

I’d love to have stayed longer; the room is roomy and comes with a small kitchen, full fridge, microwave, and everything else. When I arrived at 4:30 pm, the front desk person was friendly and handed me a baggage dolly. In the morning the staff were very warm to guests, and checking in and out was straightforward. The room was clean and pleasant, the kitchen looked promising, and the area was quiet. I only wish I had more time there; as a quick stop for a shower, the full room rate was steep, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I didn’t get to see the exercise room or laundry facilities, though I know they exist. I was supposed to arrive at 8 pm, but my transport was delayed 8–9 hours due to an accident, so I didn’t get to the hotel until 4/5 am. I had to call 13 times to reach the hotel and let them know I’d be late (I also emailed and sent an online request). The front desk warned that if I hadn’t kept calling, I’d have been marked a no‑show. The front desk number doesn’t allow callbacks, which would help in such situations. The number was also wrong and didn’t connect to the hotel; after several hours of periodic calls I finally found the correct number online and got through. I could have sorted it out at the front desk, but it was still very stressful. The sit‑down breakfast area looks like it offers a continental or hot breakfast, but it’s actually just a huge pot of hot water, coffee, some granola bars, and packs of instant oatmeal. There’s other packaged food for sale. I don’t expect to be fed, but calling it a free breakfast and serving granola bars feels misleading—it’s more like a free snack and free coffee (which I still appreciated and enjoyed).

The location is quiet, close to a supermarket and restaurants, and the parking lot is large. The pool is closed, and it could be cleaner.
