A gorgeous room, the bathtub is a treat, and the shower is great 😍; the breakfast is the best ever, truly wonderful. I didn’t like that I had to clean a floor towel and the lady was rude and charged $100—absurd, she said it was stained but it wasn’t, but what can you do?

Soft, beautiful, and clean bed. Decent shower. The minibar had a good variety.

The overall facilities are nice, the environment is very pretty, well maintained, and tasteful. I felt the hygiene was a bit questionable after finding hair in the supposedly sealed flip‑flops and some residue in the jacuzzi; the floor was also slippery from a cleaning product. I suggest reviewing the cleaning protocol. I also think the breakfast menu could use a revamp—it was weak and didn’t match the quality of the place; I’d change the whole breakfast menu.

Close to the airport. We ordered an iFood delivery and the reception didn’t inform us.
